The system is designed to interface with re-levelable aluminum substructures. This allows for rapid installation on uneven sites and ensures that the entire assembly—from joist to plank—is 100% recyclable or biodegradable.
The bamboo strands are saturated with a low-emission phenolic resin in a vacuum chamber. During the high-pressure press, the resin forms covalent bonds with the bamboo cellulose, creating a moisture-inert material that performs like a technical polymer.
Available in "Roasted Sienna" and "Natural Ochre." These tones are achieved through physical thermal modification rather than chemical dyes, ensuring the color is a permanent, internal characteristic of the material.
