We select high-quality moso bamboo that is six years old or older. The bamboo is split, thinned, and decomposed into continuous, cross-linked fiber bundles. Through high-temperature, high-pressure carbonization, we enhance insect and mold resistance, hardness, and durability. The fibers are then dried to an optimal moisture content to prevent deformation and cracking.
Our self-developed glue ensures strong bonding, and the hot-pressing process applies thousands of tons of pressure to create a uniform, dense board that resists edge collapse and wire jumping. A longer curing time during painting ensures the coating adheres tightly, reducing color difference and surface unevenness.
We offer both standard and custom sizes. For custom projects, we can adjust length, width, and thickness to meet your specifications. Our team works with you to determine the best configuration based on your application, load requirements, and installation method.
