ENGINEERING PROFILE

Manufactured through crushing raw bamboo poles into long fibers, saturated with phenolic resin and compressed under extreme pressure. This mechanical reorganization results in material density exceeding 1.1 g/cm³, providing structural alternative to tropical hardwoods. Vertical orientation of grain and installation system facilitates efficient water runoff and creates distinct linear aesthetic suitable for modern sustainable construction projects.

Dimensional Stability

Storage Conditions

Flat Stacking: Panels stored horizontally on flat, dry surface with sufficient support beams to prevent sagging.

Ventilation: Keep material in shaded, well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight and precipitation prior to installation.

Acclimatization: Allow panels to sit at installation site for at least 48 to 72 hours to adjust to local equilibrium moisture content.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

Airflow Gap: Maintain minimum ventilation gap of 20mm between bamboo panels and structural wall to prevent moisture buildup.

End Sealing: Use specialized wax or end-sealer on any cross-cut sections to minimize moisture absorption through end grain.
