Product Details

Through high-temperature carbonization treatment, the color of bamboo becomes darker, showing coffee color or dark brown, and the texture is more stable. The carbonization process enhances the moisture-proof and anti-corrosion properties of bamboo, prolongs its service life, is highly aesthetic, and is suitable for modern style.

High-temperature carbonized outdoor heavy-duty bamboo-wood composite wall cladding is engineered for applications requiring structural resilience and environmental tolerance. The manufacturing process involves subjecting bamboo and wood fibers to controlled high-temperature carbonization, reducing hygroscopicity and altering the material's cellular composition to resist decay and insect attack. The resulting dense composite panel exhibits low moisture absorption and maintained dimensional stability under variable climate conditions. This product is suitable for exterior wall systems where load-bearing capacity and resistance to biological degradation are specified. The material's density and fiber alignment provide consistent mechanical performance across the panel surface.

    85 MPa Flexural Strength
    <8 % Moisture Content
    B1 Class Fire Rating
    150 Cycles Freeze-Thaw

    Core Advantages

    01
    Low Hygroscopicity
High-temperature carbonization reduces equilibrium moisture content to below 8 percent, minimizing expansion and contraction cycles.
    02
    High Flexural Strength
Bamboo-wood fiber composite structure delivers flexural strength above 85 MPa, supporting heavy-duty cladding installations without underlying metal reinforcement in many configurations.
    03
    Biological Durability
Carbonized matrix eliminates nutrient sources for fungi and termites, providing biological durability without chemical preservatives.

    Installation Guidelines

    1
Ventilated rainscreen system with minimum 20 mm air gap between cladding and waterproof membrane.
    2
Stainless steel fasteners (grade 304 or 316) must be used to prevent galvanic corrosion.
    3
Pre-drilling required for all fastener locations, with hole diameter 0.5 mm larger than fastener shank.
    4
Horizontal and vertical movement joints shall be placed every 8 meters to accommodate thermal expansion.
    5
Allow 5 mm gap between adjacent panels for drainage and airflow.

Annual cleaning using mild detergent and soft-bristle brush removes surface deposits. Pressure washing permitted with maximum 7 MPa nozzle pressure, held at minimum 300 mm distance from surface. Inspect fastener heads and panel edges biannually. Re-apply water-repellent coating every two to three years when water beading test shows absorption within 10 seconds.

Store panels on flat, level racking with full support across panel width. Keep material elevated minimum 150 mm above ground and covered with breathable tarp allowing air circulation. Do not stack more than 800 mm in height. When cutting, use carbide-tipped blades with dust extraction system; collected dust is non-hazardous but should not be inhaled. Wear N95 mask, safety glasses, and cut-resistant gloves during fabrication.
