Engineered through high-temperature carbonization and density compression, this explicit nail splicing waterproof heavy bamboo flooring achieves exceptional dimensional stability for continuous outdoor exposure. The nail splicing mechanism provides positive mechanical interlock between adjacent planks, eliminating the need for adhesive or hidden clips. Each plank features precision-milled grooves and ridges that align with factory-calibrated tolerances of 0.2 mm, ensuring consistent joint performance across entire installations. The bamboo fiber matrix undergoes resin impregnation and thermal fusion, creating a waterproof barrier that prevents moisture ingress through the core or edges. This construction method delivers a flooring system suitable for uncovered decks, pool surrounds, marina walkways, and rooftop terraces where standing water and freeze-thaw cycles are routine.

Nail Splice Technology

The explicit nail splicing system represents a departure from traditional hidden fastener methods. Stainless steel nails are driven through pre-drilled countersunk channels at defined intervals, creating a visible yet architectural fastening pattern. Each nail location is reinforced with integrated metal sleeves that prevent bamboo fiber crushing and maintain clamping force over time. The nail splice design allows for individual plank replacement without disassembling adjacent boards, reducing maintenance complexity for outdoor installations. This system withstands uplift forces up to 450 Newtons per fastener, making it suitable for hurricane-prone regions and high-wind environments.
