The installation uses expansion-gap management techniques. Stainless steel clips provide the necessary tension to hold boards in place while allowing microscopic movement, ensuring the system does not buckle under extreme temperature shifts.
Raw bamboo is subjected to a proprietary 210°C carbonization process. This removes the hemicellulose and starch, which are the primary food sources for decay-causing organisms, effectively "fossilizing" the bamboo strands before they are compressed.
Finished with specialized breathable oils that penetrate the fiber matrix. These finishes do not peel or flake like traditional varnishes but rather wear down naturally, making maintenance a simple re-oiling process without the need for intensive sanding.
Provides a stable alternative to WPC which can become brittle in cold or soft in heat. This material offers the natural appearance of wood with the environmental resistance of a high-performance composite.
