Our planks are milled with precision side-channels for a Hidden Fastener System. This allows for a fast, "top-down" installation while keeping the fixing hardware completely invisible. For heavy-duty municipal bridges or piers, we also support Face-Fixing methods using high-torque stainless steel screws, which the material’s dense structure can accommodate without splitting.
The material is produced through "Densification"—taking raw bamboo fiber and compressing it to roughly 1/3 of its original volume. This eliminates the air pockets and soft tissues, replacing them with a hard, resin-fused matrix. This process is what gives our exterior flooring its incredible weight and "Solid" feel underfoot, comparable to stone or tile but with the warmth of natural wood.
Available in our signature "Anti-Slip Profiles" which are essential for exterior public safety. The Big Wave profile is designed to channel water away from the foot's surface, while the Fine Ribbed surface offers a sophisticated, modern texture. Factory finishes include multiple layers of high-performance UV oil to ensure the color remains deep and rich.
We provide "Technical Dossiers" for city planners and government agencies, including certificates for fire resistance, slip safety, and carbon sequestration. Our team can provide custom-length planks (up to 3000mm) for large projects to reduce the number of visible butt-joints in long boardwalks.
