We operate in the heart of China’s premium bamboo region, ensuring a constant supply of 5-7 year old raw materials. Our facility houses high-precision German milling lines and a series of 2500-ton hot presses that are the backbone of our US-patented technology. This industrial scale allows us to maintain absolute batch-to-batch consistency, ensuring that a project of 10,000sqm has the same mechanical properties from the first plank to the last.

The system is designed for "Invisible Installation" using 304 or 316-grade stainless steel hidden clips that fit into side-grooved profiles. This ensures a surface free of screw holes, which prevents water ingress and potential splintering around fasteners. The clips provide a consistent 4-6mm gap for optimal drainage and ventilation, which is critical for the longevity of the sub-frame.
The process begins with "Strand Preparation," where bamboo is crushed into fiber strands. These strands are then boiled to extract all organic nutrients. Following this, the fibers undergo a 210°C thermal modification in a vacuum kiln. Once carbonized, the fibers are impregnated with phenolic resin and subjected to a 2500-ton hot-press cycle. This creates a solid block that is subsequently sliced into boards and precision-milled using German CNC technology.
Our systems are available in "Deep Carbonized" (Dark Chocolate) and "Medium Carbonized" (Teak/Coffee) tones. We offer four primary surface profiles: Big Wave (for aggressive drainage and grip), Small Ripple (for subtle texture), Fine Grooved (for traditional deck looks), and Sanded Flat (for a sleek, modern, indoor-to-outdoor transition). Each board is factory-pre-oiled with European UV-protective coatings.
For large-scale tenders, we provide "Technical Submittal Packs" which include full-scale laboratory test reports, ISO certifications, and LEED contribution data. We offer consulting on joist spacing—recommending 462mm for residential and 300mm for commercial spans to ensure zero deflection under load.
