We utilize a series of massive 2500-ton presses that apply pressure evenly across the entire billet, ensuring there are no internal voids or "soft spots." Our 20 years of experience in Anhui has allowed us to refine this process to achieve a density of 1.25g/cm3, making it one of the heaviest and most durable biological materials on the market.

Our strand-woven planks feature a precision-milled side groove system. We recommend using 316 Stainless Steel Hidden Clips, which disappear into the gap between boards. This allows the unique grain of the strand-woven bamboo to be the focus of the design, rather than unsightly screw heads. The material’s density also allows for superior screw-holding power if face-fixing is required for industrial projects.
Individual strands are soaked in a proprietary eco-friendly resin bath under vacuum pressure. This ensures that every single fiber, even those in the very center of the board, is coated in a protective barrier. When hot-pressed, these resins crystallize, locking the fibers into a waterproof, rock-solid mass that is permanently protected from rot and decay.
The strand-weaving process produces a variegated "Tiger Grain" that is deeply organic and varied, ensuring no two boards look identical. We offer this material in a range of "Earth Tones"—from the dark, coffee-like shades of deep carbonization to the warmer, golden browns of medium carbonization. Surface options include fine-sanded for luxury feel and deep-grooved for heavy-duty traction.
We manage high-volume exports with standardized palletizing and moisture-protective packaging. For wholesale partners, we provide "Factory Audit" access and third-party inspection reports (SGS/TUV) to verify that every shipment meets the 1.25g/cm3 density requirement.
