Kuntai’s 30,000sqm factory in Ningguo is optimized for the production of wide-format boards. Our US-patented hot-press technology ensures that even at widths of 140mm or 155mm, the internal tension is perfectly balanced. This allows us to supply international designers with the "Large Format" look they crave, backed by the industrial reliability of China’s most advanced bamboo engineering facility.

Uses heavy-duty stainless steel clips. For wide planks, we recommend a slightly closer joist spacing (approx. 400mm) to ensure the ultra-premium "solid" feel expected of high-end wide flooring.
To achieve stability in wide formats, we use a multi-directional strand weaving technique before pressing. This ensures that the expansion forces are neutralized across the entire width of the board.
Available in smooth "Sanded" finishes to emphasize the clean lines. The edges are typically micro-beveled to create a subtle, high-end "V-joint" that defines the wide-plank rhythm.
We provide layout consultation to help architects calculate the optimal wide-plank placement to minimize waste and maximize the visual impact of large terraces.
