At Kuntai, we manage stability from the moment of harvest. Our 30,000sqm factory uses computerized kiln-drying and thermal chambers to bring the bamboo to its "Equilibrium Moisture Content" (EMC) before pressing. This meticulous attention to detail is why our US-patented decking is favored by architects who require perfect alignment and minimal maintenance in high-end projects.

Uses our proprietary hidden clip system which allows for minute thermal movements while maintaining the structural position of the plank. This ensures the deck looks as good after 10 years as it did on day one.
The bamboo strands undergo a controlled steam and heat treatment that "sets" the fibers. Once pressed, the resin locks these fibers in place, creating a material that is structurally isotropic and resistant to environmental stress.
Available in smooth "Architectural Sanded" or "Micro-Ribbed" finishes. The stability of the material allows for "End-Matching," meaning boards can be joined between joists without the risk of splitting or uneven ends.
We provide "Stability Certificates" and expansion charts based on regional temperature data, helping designers plan the perfect layout for large-scale outdoor floors.
