Installation requires the use of our specialized Anti-Corrosion Fixing Kits, which include passivated stainless steel fasteners and spacers that prevent galvanic corrosion when used with metal sub-frames.
Unlike standard wood treatments, our process uses a vacuum-pressure cycle to ensure the anti-corrosive resin penetrates the bamboo fibers completely before the 2500-ton hot-press stage, creating a rock-solid, non-porous material.
Available in "Slate Grey" or "Deep Espresso" tones that maintain their appearance even under harsh chemical exposure. The surface can be "Deep Brushed" to provide extra texture without compromising the protective resin matrix.
We provide durability test reports and salt-mist exposure data (ISO 9227) to help project engineers specify the correct material for marine and industrial projects.
