Using US-patented technology, the bamboo fibers undergo a molecular transformation during the 2500-ton hot-press. The phenolic resin forms a permanent covalent bond with the carbonized cellulose, creating a material that is technically a "Bio-Composite" with the strength of stone.
Available in specialized "Shadow-Milled" profiles and colors ranging from "Obsidian" to "Raw Teak." The surface is finished with high-solids architectural oils that penetrate the core, ensuring the color is a permanent part of the material's identity.
