Q: Will saltwater rot the bamboo?
A: No, the thermal modification removes the starches and sugars that fungi and bacteria need to survive, even in salt environments.

Q: Can it be used for the structural piles?
A: We recommend it for the surfacing and cross-beams; for underwater piles, traditional marine-grade concrete or steel is usually preferred.

High-Tension Marine Fixing

Requires heavy-duty hidden clips or face-fixing with pre-drilling. For floating docks, we recommend flexible clip systems that allow the deck to move slightly with wave action without stressing the fasteners.

Strand-Woven Hot-Pressing

Long bamboo fibers are stripped, carbonized, and then saturated in a waterproof resin before being compressed under 2500 tons. This process eliminates air pockets, making it impossible for water to penetrate the core.

Functional Marine Finishes

Available in deep "Mocha" or "Slate" tones that resist the bleaching effect of salt. Textures are engineered to channel water off the surface rapidly, preventing the formation of slick bio-films and algae.
