Due to the extreme hardness, pre-drilling is required for any face-fixed applications. For flooring, we recommend high-strength adhesive systems or heavy-duty mechanical clips that can withstand the tension of such a rigid material.
Selected bamboo poles are mechanically crushed into long fiber bundles. These bundles are saturated with low-VOC resins and then cold-pressed into massive blocks before being heat-cured and sliced into planks of exact dimensions.
Available in extra-smooth sanded finishes or brushed textures. The density allows for very sharp, clean edges in customized profiles, such as stair nosings and transition strips that won't chip over time.
Ideal for projects where wood is desired but the traffic load exceeds the capabilities of traditional timber. It provides the hardness of stone with the carbon-sequestering benefits of a plant-based material.
