High-density material requires precision carbide-tipped tools for installation. We provide specialized fastening systems that account for the material's weight and extreme hardness, ensuring a permanent structural connection.
Raw Moso bamboo is defiberized, carbonized at 200°C, and then saturated in phenolic resin. The fibers are then laid into huge molds and pressed under 25,000kN of force, creating a rock-solid composite block that is then sliced into boards.
The surface can be finished to a mirror-smooth "Furniture Grade" or a "Deeply Textured" industrial grip. Because the material is uniform throughout, any profile can be milled without revealing "hollow" spots or knots.
