    Manufacturing Process
    Engineered architectural surfacing material manufactured through high-pressure thermal treatment. Carbonizing natural bamboo fibers at temperatures ranging from 150°C to 200°C removes sugars and starches within plant cells, resulting in consistent deep amber hue that penetrates entire thickness of wear layer. Composite structure integrates dense bamboo surface with multi-layered core, enhancing dimensional stability and resistance to moisture-induced expansion or contraction compared to solid timber alternatives.
