Kuntai’s factory in Ningguo utilizes German-engineered milling machines to create the precise side-groove geometry required for our invisible fastening systems. This ensures a mechanical "lock" that prevents board movement while allowing for natural thermal expansion. Our 30,000sqm facility maintains a 0.2mm tolerance for these grooves, ensuring a frustration-free installation for contractors worldwide.

Clips are screwed directly into the joist, and the next board is "slid" onto the exposed side of the clip. This creates a secure, floating system that is much more stable than traditional nailing.
The side grooves are milled into the dense strand-woven bamboo using high-speed diamond-tipped cutters. This ensures a smooth, consistent channel that won't "catch" the clips during installation.
Most of our planks are "Symmetrical," meaning the invisible clip can be used on either side. This allows the installer to flip the board to hide any minor natural imperfections or grain variations.
We provide "Installation Kits" that include the exact number of clips and screws needed for your project’s square footage, ensuring zero waste and a perfect fit.
