Planks are secured using T-shaped or Omega-shaped clips that slide into the side grooves. This method allows for controlled thermal expansion and contraction without stressing the fasteners.
After the 2500-ton compression process, the strandwoven blocks are sliced and run through a multi-head moulder. This creates the side grooves and end-matching (T&G) for a total interlocking floor system.
Available in "Flat-Sanded" for a minimalist look or "Micro-Bevel" to define each plank. The hidden clips are black-coated to remain invisible in the expansion gaps between boards.
