We are Ningguo Kuntai Bamboo and Wood Co., Ltd., a China-based manufacturer and supplier of outdoor strandwoven bamboo products. Our Special Craft For Outdoor Heavy Bamboo Wall Panels are produced in our 30,000 m² factory in Anhui, the "Bamboo Village," using mature moso bamboo and a controlled high-temperature, high-pressure process. These panels deliver the structural strength and weather resistance required for building facades, exterior cladding, and landscape walls.
Our range includes two primary finishes: Natural Heavy Bamboo Wall Panels and Carbonized Outdoor Bamboo Wall Panels. Both are manufactured with the same dense strandwoven core, but the carbonized version undergoes an additional oxygen-free heat treatment that deepens the color to a coffee or dark brown and further stabilizes the material against moisture and UV exposure.
We supply panels in standard and custom dimensions, with a tongue-and-groove or flat profile depending on your installation method. The panels are suitable for:

Our panels are made from 4–6 year old moso bamboo, selected for high fiber density and strength. The bamboo is split, thinned, and decomposed into fiber bundles, then dried, coated with our self-developed eco-friendly adhesive, and hot-pressed under high temperature and pressure. This creates a density of 0.9–1.1 g/cm³, with a bending failure load exceeding 1500 N, meeting GB/T 20241-2018 requirements.
For outdoor use, we apply a protective treatment that includes anti-corrosion and insect control, plus a moisture-resistant coating. The carbonized version is heat-treated in an oxygen-free environment, which increases UV resistance and dimensional stability.

Our panels are designed for easy installation using standard woodworking tools. They can be fixed directly to a timber or metal substructure with screws or hidden clips. For exterior applications, we recommend a ventilated facade system to allow moisture to escape. We provide installation guidelines and can offer technical support during the planning phase.

Outdoor bamboo wall panels require minimal maintenance. An annual cleaning with water and a mild detergent is usually sufficient. For high-exposure areas, we recommend applying a UV-protective oil every 2–3 years to maintain color. We offer a 30-year warranty on our products, covering manufacturing defects.
