At Kuntai's 30,000sqm factory, we use specialized heated embossing rollers integrated into our 2500-ton press lines. This US-patented process ensures that the grain pattern is permanent and won't "wear flat" in high-traffic commercial areas. Our Anhui facility is one of the few capable of embossing high-density bamboo without compromising its structural MOE (Modulus of Elasticity).

Often produced with a "Symmetrical" profile (Grain on one side, Wave on the other), giving the installer the choice of two premium surfaces in one board using standard hidden clips.
During the final curing stage, the resin-saturated bamboo is pressed against a negative-image steel mold. The heat and 2500 tons of pressure "set" the grain permanently into the fiber structure.
Available in "Deep Oak" and "Rustic Pine" grain patterns. Colors range from "Honey Caramel" to "Dark Chocolate," each highlighting the embossed texture differently under outdoor lighting.
We provide high-resolution texture maps for 3D rendering, allowing architects to accurately visualize the embossed grain in their project visualizations.
