Unlike manufacturers restricted to fixed molds, our Anhui facility can adjust production parameters to meet the specific "BOM" (Bill of Materials) of a signature project. For custom widths, we can design and produce matching hidden clips or recommend specific structural fastening methods that accommodate the unique geometry of the boards.
We press high-density blocks (1.2g/cm³) and then use high-precision saws to slice them into the exact thickness required. This "cold-slicing" after "hot-pressing" ensures the material remains stable and tension-free.
Customization extends to the profile. We can mill bespoke "Tongue & Groove" systems, specialized "V-grooves," or unique "Shadow-Line" profiles tailored to the specific aesthetic of a building facade.
We offer "Sample Prototype" services, producing small-batch custom sections for architect approval before full-scale production begins at our Anhui factory.
